Lettuce, common name for members of an herbaceous genus of the composite family, particularly the garden lettuce.

    For the Rest of the Properties:  Eat fresh Lettuce that has been well washed and disinfected with vinegar, salt and a little oil. You may add a few squirts of lemon juice for a real tasty and healthy snack.
